DigitalPath™ is a pioneer in the broadband Internet industry. Over $11 million was invested in the network and product development in the last 4 years. DigitalPath™ operates one of the largest wireless broadband networks offering both voice and data services at price points well below the competition. DigitalPath™ has also developed patented end-to-end technology that is fundamental in the operation of a successful wireless network.

DigitalPath's proprietary technology is currently deployed in over 30 communities in Northern and Central California, as well as several Licensee deployments throughout the US. The uniqueness of DigitalPath™'s approach is three fold. First, DigitalPath™ does not require towers, but instead employs relay points connected back to a central gateway that can support thousands of users. DigitalPath™'s technology is truly scalable and capable of providing speeds of up to 3Mbps downstream and 1.5Mbps upstream. Second, the network architecture and hardware developed by DigitalPath™ is significantly less expensive to deploy and operate than competing solutions. And third, DigitalPath™ technology and network management systems provide carrier-grade reliability.

DigitalPath™ technology has been designed to work with other Internet service provider (ISP) systems, thereby enabling the company to sell not only direct to consumers and small businesses, but also through wholesalers, such as local ISP's seeking to expand into wireless service offerings. The technology now supports local and long distance telephone service in addition to high speed Internet.
